We met in 2020. Sayword was moving into an apartment complex which Mimie was already living at. Mimie was having a braai with a few friends when she spotted Sayword moving in. Sayword said goodbye to her family after they helped her move in and Mimie saw an opportunity. She invited Sayword to join her and her friends for a braai. The rest of the evening is history…
We spoke again two weeks after the braai when Mimie asked for jumper cables. The same night we went on an ice cream date and that was the beginning of forever. We were pretty much inseparable (still are) and 6 months later we decided to spend the rest of our lives together as one. And so the adventure continues…
